The study identifies the business issues faced by ‘Televisi Andalan’ in dealing with ASO, including smooth transition, infrastructure enhancement and investment, audience education and awareness, collaboration with relevant parties, content optimization and differentiation, technical support, and revenue generation. The objective of this research is to evaluate the impact on ‘Televisi Andalan’ after the implementation of ASO, both on the audience and the company. The research findings indicate a decrease in AVG Adex, indicating the potential decline in advertising revenue for ‘Televisi Andalan’. Therefore, this research emphasizes the importance of diversifying revenue sources and enhancing channel appeal to audiences and advertisers in facing ASO. text |
