Summary:PT DDI (Daya Dimensi Indonesia) is one of subsidiaries of Dayalima Family, one of the prominent Human Resources and Talent Development Consulting firm in Indonesia. PT DDI is a leadership consultant that supports organizations to formulate and run strategic programs, such as assessment center, selection, learning and development, as well as personal and organizational transformation. In 2020 to 2022, there was a significant increase of turnover number of employees of PT DDI. This increasing phenomenon of employee’s turnover had impacted to the stability of financial, employee engagement, and clients projects implementation within PT DDI. In this final project, I am going to analyse this situation, using the qualitative research methodology which is the four steps of Content Analysis Method. Apart from collecting turnover rate data, I am also acquiring data from some key stakeholders in PT DDI using the structured interview. Theoretically-base, this final project will be referring to Voluntary Turnover theory, which I also try to correlate with the Employee Engagement theory. Hopefully this final project would be able to provide suggestion for PT DDI to manage the turnover.
