Based on the results of discussions and adjustments related to architectural drawings, no layout changes or changes in room functions were made. Angso Duo Market is designed as a reinforced concrete frame structure with 3 floors that are modeled without any dilatation. The ground floor and the first floor will mostly be used as commercial spaces in the form of stalls and cafes. Meanwhile, the second floor will be used as a planting area along with spaces for planting needs such as sterilization rooms, sorting rooms, and other supporting spaces. The third floor serves as the roof deck floor. The redesign of Angso Duo Jambi Market involves several aspects, including geotechnical aspects, structural aspects, transportation aspects, and construction engineering management aspects. However, this final project will focus on the structural design aspect. Based on the SNI, the building structure is included in Seismic Design Category D (KDS D) so that the structure must be designed using a Special Moment Bearing Frame System (SRPMK). There is a need to stiffen the structure to reduce the period of the structure that is too large compared to the approach period, then the structure requires lateral stiffening elements, namely shear walls, which are included in the Special Structural Wall System. So that the structural system in the Angso Duo Jambi Market building becomes a Dual System (SRPMK and SDSK). Structural design uses applicable standard references, including SNI 1726:2019 for seismic planning, SNI 1727:2020 for loading design in structural room functions, and SNI 2847:2019 for the design of reinforced concrete structures. The design of this structure also uses software assistance in the form of ETABS 18.0.2 for structural modeling and structural analysis and spColumn for detailing vertical elements such as columns and shear walls. For detailing horizontal elements such as beams and plates, calculations are carried out with the help of Ms. Excel software. The output of this final project is a report and Detailed Engineering Design drawings that will be used as a reference in the construction process. text |
