Thus, the Respinos device was developed to perform remote patient monitoring function. The device currently available does not yet have a remote consultation service integrated with it. The development of a chat-based consultation system is intended to facilitate remote consultations between patients and doctors on the Respinos Health application. The development process of Respinos Health, specifically the chat- based consultation system, is done using the Agile method implemented over 43 sprints. The result is a chat-based consultation system that has chat communication feature using the XMPP protocol, user authentication and authorization features using the OpenID Connect and role-based access control, consultation scheduling mechanisms through immediate and scheduled consultation features, consultation slot management feature, consultation request creation feature using the reservation pattern, doctor search feature, consultation cancellation and reminder features, consultation notes management feature, as well as consultation history feature. The chat-based consultation system is implemented into a chat server component that uses Openfire technology and an API server component that uses Node.js and Express technologies, both of which are integrated into the patient and doctor applications. The testing process of the chat-based consultation system is carried out through unit testing using both specification-based and program-based approaches, as well as integration testing using a bottom-up approach. text |
