Description
Summary:The omnichannel system is a system designed to make it easier for companies to integrate into numerous marketplaces by using a single platform. The omnichannel system has a number of applications and research in Indonesia. However, there are certain problems with the research and applications, such as expensive costs, a limited level of error tolerance, and restrictions on how many different markets can be accommodated. These problems will be addressed by this final project's omnichannel system, which will be developed using an event-driven architecture strategy. The publish/subscribe approach using Kafka, which incorporates several services, is the event-driven paradigm of choice. The system's ultimate user interface is a website that can be accessed from the local development environment. The system's testing findings demonstrate that it performs well in terms of the necessary functionality. The system is also expandable, enabling the installation of new services to suit the integration of more marketplaces into the system, and it exhibits improved fault tolerance when handling mistakes.
