STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OF MOBILE EKG RESULTS IN HEALTHY SUBJECT AND ARRYTHMIA PATIENT

Electrocardiograph (ECG) is a technique for recording the electrical activity of the heart. ECG signal waves represent the processes of depolarization and repolarization that occur in heart cells. The result of the ECG itself can be used to help diagnose heart-related diseases. In this study, an...

INSTITUT TEKNOLOGI BANDUNG https://digilib.itb.ac.id/gdl/view/76876 Electrocardiograph (ECG) is a technique for recording the electrical activity of the heart. ECG signal waves represent the processes of depolarization and repolarization that occur in heart cells. The result of the ECG itself can be used to help diagnose heart-related diseases. In this study, an analysis of the RR intervals found in ECG results was was carried out. The RR interval is an indicator on the ECG results that can help with the diagnosis. In this study, measurements were done by using the 6L Mobile ECG tools in healthy subject and arrythmic patient. From the measured ECG results, the RR interval values obtained will be analyzed. The RR interval analysis was done by digitazing the data using Web Plot Digitizer, and then processing the data using Microsoft Excel. RR interval data analysis then was carried out by comparing the data of healty subject with arrythmic patient. The data of RR interval that was analyzed is the average value, maximum value, minimum value, standard deviation value, RMSSD, and percent standard deviation. After processing the data, the distribution of the RR interval values is also determined based on the standard deviation obtained. Heart rate values obtained in healthy subjects and patients with PAF were 60-100 bpm, while those with tachycardia were above 100 bpm. Then the RMSSD values for healthy subjects were 0.017 and 0.042 seconds, tachycardia patients were 0.091 and 0.136 seconds, and PAF patients were 0.161 and 0.196 seconds. text
