Summary:PT. Karya Toha Putra is a family company engaged in the printing industry and has been established since 1962. The company has 16 branches spread across Java, Sumatra, Sulawesi, and Kalimantan. Some products produced by PT. Toha Putra's works include the Qur'an and books, Islamic books, as well as special books for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, Tsanawiyah, and Aliyah. The problems faced by the company are customers complain about products being overpriced compared to competitors offering similar quality goods, the company's lack of creativity in product development, shortage of human resources, and ineffective financial control contribute to the underperformance of employees and hinder growth opportunities. This research uses several analyses, including consumer analysis, external analysis which includes general environmental analysis, industry analysis, competitor analysis as well as internal analysis which includes resource analysis, value chain activities, and business model canvas. Furthermore, a SWOT analysis and TOWS matrix were conducted to formulate strategies that can be applied by PT. Works by Toha Putra. In order to improve performance, PT. Karya Toha Putra needs to focus on implementing strategies that are easier to implement and do not require significant initial resources. This includes implementing a new collaboration system, improving marketing promotions, introducing new product variants that match market demand and establishing a special division of product research and development. In addition, it is important to develop robust control systems and invest in digital presses to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
