Based on root cause analysis, this is because the HSSE knowledge program that was carried out did not focus on specific basic causes of an incident.
To help solve the issue, this final project will analyze the prioritization of HSSE knowledge program that relevant with specific basic causes incident data in PT. Pertamina EP Regional 2 zone 7. The prioritization of HSSE knowledge program is started by classifying the relevant HSSE knowledge program for dominant basic cause based on company procedure, PHE-SCAT, and focus group discussion. Then conducting prioritization part, that will be based on related literature, Focus Group Discussion, and Kepner-Tregoe Decision Analysis SMART. Last part is the implementation of prioritized HSSE knowledge program that will be based on SWOT analysis and Focus Group Discussion.
With this final project research, prioritization of PT. Pertamina EP Regional 2 Zone 7 HSSE knowledge programs that are more focused and relevant to the dominant basic causes of an incident can be determined, so that employees HSSE understanding can be further improved to address the basic causes of incidents and zero incident target can be achieved.
