| Summary: | Flood problem in Jakarta requires countermeasures. One of the idea is by constructing the Embung Rawa Malang infrastructure in North Jakarta as a supporting retention pond for the East Sunter II Polder, Kebantenan. In order to realize this infrastructure construction project, a construction management plan is needed. The scope of infrastructure designed includes lakes, pump house, supporting canals, and landscapes. The scope of construction management design in this project includes construction safety management system, construction methods, quantity take-offs, work productivity calculations, scheduling, and construction cost estimation. The final result of Embung Rawa Malang construction management design is the duration and cost estimation of the project. This construction management design process estimate 17 months of project duration with a total cost of Rp 23,867,078,877.
