Waqf is an Islam legal institution which has been adopted by customary law public (gerecipoeed) that has been spreading in Indonesia area. Despitefully waqh is one of Islam legal institution which has been permeated into National Agrarian Law and has been arranged in inviting Basic Regulation On Agrarian Principles, Act Number 5/1960, Act Number 41/2004 about Waqf, and Government Regulation Number 42/2006 about Implementation of Waqf. Beside giving strong law status of waqf, land registration can achieve the waqf land is used effectively and efficient. This research adopted by qualitative method, applies normative approach (regulation) both historically and sociology. The case study took research in Tanah Abang, Jakarta Pusat especially waqf land dispute between organization SAS and Anas Syamsi, also took study about aims of management of waqf land for cemetary by Cemetary Service Govermnent of Province DKI Jakarta. The result of this research is to obtain an analysis yuridis registration and land management of waqh and perception analysis nadzir and wakif to waqf land itself and also to study the role and position of the government facing on this manner (waqf land). <br />
