總結:NIM 15019135 Final Project Structural design of Bintaro Community and Creative Centre with Linear Time History Analysis Method in bintaro creative area, South Tangerang City. Aiming to design the building structure and roof truss for the creative and collaboration space procurement project in the bintaro area. The project site is on land with a soft soil classification (SE) and has a seismic design categorisation of "D". The irregularly shaped building is dilatation into 4 separate buildings with a total number of floors ranging from 2-3 floors with 2 basement floors. Using reinforced concrete as the main material. The type of roof truss is a space truss with Round steel frame material. As a place to gather and collaborate, make the structure categorised as having level III risk. In the design of the Bintaro Community and Creative Centre structure, ETABS and SAP2000 software are used as structural modelling tools which in their use refer to SNI 1726: 2019, SNI 1727: 2020, and ASCE 7-16. The design of reinforced concrete structures refers to SNI 2847:2019 and the design of steel refers to SNI 1729:2020 and AISC Design Guide 01. Structural analysis was carried out separately, three structures were analysed using spectral response and one structure with linear time history analysis referring to SNI 8899:2019. There are 3 time histories used, Tokachi-Oki, Iwate, and San-Leandro. The structural system used for four structures is special moment bearing frame system. The results of the structural design are structural analysis, reinforcement configuration, steel profiles and Detailed Engineering Design of each structural element in the form of beams, columns, plates, beam-column connections, steel frames and steel frame connections.
