Summary:Technological growth opens opportunities to provide modern and secure products and services in online classifieds platforms. This study aims to propose a business model for new startups that want to have a competitive advantage in Indonesia. The research method used is qualitative by collecting data from interviews and external sources. The results of the research are a BMC in the form of market targeting to urban areas in Indonesia, utilizing AI technology so that companies can establish themselves as trusted online advertising platforms with fraud detection and create payment systems that are easy to use on the platform. Marketing efforts and recruitment teams can leverage websites, and social media. Users can contribute to maintaining the platform through a gift program and the company's income can come from advertising costs, additional feature fees, and advertising costs from other brands installed on the platform
