INSTITUT TEKNOLOGI BANDUNG https://digilib.itb.ac.id/gdl/view/77223 Consumer loans are currently still the type of credit that dominates most banks in Indonesia. Bank Batara considers consumer credit as an important part of its credit business. Work motivation refers to the internal and external factors that drive individuals to perform their tasks effectively and efficiently. Employee engagement refers to the emotional connection and commitment employees to the company. This study use multiple linear regression analysis as a technique to examine the effect of work motivation and employee engagement on work productivity. By performing multiple linear regression analysis, which aims to provide empirical evidence supporting the hypothesis. This study hypothesizes that work motivation and employee engagement have a positive and significant influence on employee work productivity, When the variables of work motivation and employee engagement are partially analyzed, it is found that both have a positive and significant influence on employee work productivity. This means that the higher the level of work motivation possessed by employees and the stronger their attachment to the organization, the higher work productivity can be achieved. Furthermore, when employee motivation and engagement were analyzed simultaneously, it was found that the two together had a significant influence on employee work productivity. This shows that work motivation and employee engagement have mutually reinforcing interactions in influencing the level of work productivity. text
