Description
Summary:The Freshwater Fisheries Cultivation Building of Blitar Regency is a fictional project initiated by the Blitar Regency Marine and Fisheries Office to establish an education and freshwater fisheries tourism center located on the land of Sub Raiser Perikanan in Penataran Village. The building design consists of several identical structures, from which three representative buildings were designed: the Visitor Center, Aquaponics, and Fish Market. The overall construction of the buildings comprises wooden structures for the upper part and concrete structures for the lower part. Each building will be designed using a timber frame system and a special moment-resisting frame system (SRPMK). The structures will be modeled using SAP2000 software, and spColumn will be used for column reinforcement. The result of the structural design is a set of structural elements that adhere to the Indonesian National Standards (SNI) 1727:2020 for the loading process, SNI 1726:2019 for earthquake analysis, SNI 7973:2013 for designing wooden structural elements, and SNI 2847:2019 for the process of reinforcing concrete structural elements.
