Telemedicine services can help patients solve their problems without performing offline services at the hospital. Previous research using the UTAUT2 framework stated that Habit, Perceived Risk, and Performance Expectancy factors influenced the intention to use applications during a pandemic. However, the slow spread of the virus can be handled with several policies from the government, reliable services from hospitals, and cooperation from the community. This research aims to find out what factors influence someone to keep using telemedicine services. The research object in the current research case study is Halo Hermina from Hermina Healthcare Group. In this study, the authors used quantitative methods and a questionnaire instrument with a Likert scale to collect primary data from consumers. Besides that, the researcher uses the UTAUT2 Framework which was previously developed by Baudier to look for factors that influence Continuance Usage Intention using the Structural Model Equation (SEM) method. This study processes data from a total of 200 respondents who have used the Telemedicine service application in the Jabodetabek area. The results of this study indicate that there is only a Habit factor that influences patients and application users to continue using the Halo Hermina Telemedicine service application. Based on the results of internal and external analysis, the authors use SWOT, TOWS, and Root Cause Analysis to formulate a strategy for the development of Halo Hermina's telemedicine services. The author finds that there is a need for an application that can build patient habits to continue using service applications. Therefore, the authors propose to improve telemedicine services through improvements, adding features, and collaboration. text |

The telemedicine industry assisted patients and medical personnel in consultations when the
Covid-19 pandemic spread worldwide, including in Indonesia in 2020-2023. Telemedicine
services can help patients solve their problems without performing offline services at the
hospital. Previous research using the UTAUT2 framework stated that Habit, Perceived Risk, and
Performance Expectancy factors influenced the intention to use applications during a pandemic.
However, the slow spread of the virus can be handled with several policies from the government,
reliable services from hospitals, and cooperation from the community. This research aims to find
out what factors influence someone to keep using telemedicine services. The research object in
the current research case study is Halo Hermina from Hermina Healthcare Group.
In this study, the authors used quantitative methods and a questionnaire instrument with a Likert
scale to collect primary data from consumers. Besides that, the researcher uses the UTAUT2
Framework which was previously developed by Baudier to look for factors that influence
Continuance Usage Intention using the Structural Model Equation (SEM) method. This study
processes data from a total of 200 respondents who have used the Telemedicine service
application in the Jabodetabek area. The results of this study indicate that there is only a Habit
factor that influences patients and application users to continue using the Halo Hermina
Telemedicine service application.
Based on the results of internal and external analysis, the authors use SWOT, TOWS, and Root
Cause Analysis to formulate a strategy for the development of Halo Hermina's telemedicine
services. The author finds that there is a need for an application that can build patient habits to
continue using service applications. Therefore, the authors propose to improve telemedicine
services through improvements, adding features, and collaboration.
