Summary:This final project contains the design process of the intermodal transit center design in Lebak Bulus Area, South Jakarta consisting of two buildings with three floors each and five tower floors with one basement level where there are various functional rooms in the building. The building consists of concrete structural elements in the building and basement and steel structures in the bridge section. One of the important principles of the structural aspect is that structural elements can shoulder any design load that may be encountered. The design of transportation aspects includes the design of building parking by demand, the design and review of building service performance including accessibility and pedestrian capacity in buildings and sky bridges, as well as facilities for users with special needs, and the last scope is the analysis of traffic impacts due to the operation of the Lebak Bulus Intermodal Transit Center. The design of construction management and engineering aspects has an important role in the process of implementing the construction of the intermodal transit center. Design aspects of construction management and engineering include construction implementation methods, project scheduling and construction cost estimation.
