Meeting client demands and ensuring their satisfaction are crucial for renewing established trust, necessitating the provision of high-quality services. In response to consumer demand, many financial institutions have expanded their offerings to include electronic media services, commonly referred to as mobile banking, as a means of providing convenient access to goods and services. Mobile banking enables individuals to conduct transactions with greater flexibility. In pressing circumstances, individuals can expeditiously transfer funds within seconds by accessing the service through their mobile device. The outcomes observed in the community indicate that the actual experience of managing finances is not as seamless as the idealized version. This is largely due to the fact that a significant proportion of individuals are not habituated to aligning their financial decisions with the prevailing target market. Consequently, there is a lack of contentment in comprehending the economic progress based on the target market for consumers who frequently utilize shopping applications to fulfill their requirements. The purpose of this study is to investigate how people's purchasing habits while using digital banking apps are affected by the population's financial growth rate in France. This study utilizes France's economic development as a case study to examine how monetary expansion and local population acceptance of digital banking services are related. The foundation of the research is built by a thorough evaluation of the literature and an analysis of empirical data. According to the study's findings, rising financial growth and rising disposable income are positively correlated, altering purchasing habits and catalyzing a spike in the use of digital banking services. text
