West Bandung as the candidate of new regency is a blossom of Bandung regency. A part of population work in agricultural sector. The economic service required by villager in order to increase productivity focused on marketing activity of farming product. The achievement of marketing will triggering production. The activity with spreading location require. road network system as the support factor, to makes the sector including production, after crop and marketing can arranged in effective and efficiently. The spreading activity of farming sector requiring minimum distance marketing routes for efficiency. The handling need a large price with the restricted budget, so that require the priority. <br />

The aim of purpose is to find out the road handling priority based on agricultural product marketing routes in West Bandung. The priority of network carried out by the total number of product sold in market that will loading the related road network. The priority of road segment applied according to requirement and available by considering route identification, real range by design, and the status of function. The demand obtained by traffic volume of sold products. Available obtained by road capacity used in marketing. The review produce a road handling priority, thus it will support the marketing of agricultural product. Since the agricultural marketing has succeed the equal in service will achieved and expecting that it can increase economic development that lead to development of West Bandung area. <br />

Based on analysis of the subject against the total number of production sold in market through the related road network, yield a priority of road network as follows: (1) Priority 1: Cimareme, Bandung - Padalarang, Cimareme - Batujajar, Batujajar, Batujajar - Selacau, Selacau - Cililin, Cililin - Sindangkerta, Sindangkerta - Celak, Celak - Gununghalu; (2) Priority 2: East and West Padalarang, Ranca Bali - Purabaya, Purabaya - Jati Batujajar, Saguling - Jati Batujajar, Saguling - Baranangsiang, Sarinagen - Baranangsiang, Rongga - Cipari; (3) Priority 3: Padalarang - Cisomang and Cikalong Wetan - Cipeundeuy; (4) Priority 4: East and West Padalarang, and Padalarang - Rajamandala; (5) Priority 5: Bandung - Lembang and Lembang; (6) Priority 6: Padalarang - Sp. Cisarua; (7) Priority 7: Cisarua - Lembang, Sersan Bajuri; and (8) Priority 8: Kb. Kalapa - Ps. Calung. Based on the analysis of traffic volume for marketing per road capacity index by considering ratio of real wide and design as well as status of function yield the score to determine of road segment priority. Rank of road segment priority based on marketing of agricultural product in West Bandung are: (1) Priority 1: Cimareme, Cimareme - Batujajar, Batujajar, Cililin - Sindangkerta; (2) Priority 2: Saguling - Jati Batujajar; (3) Priority 3: West Padalarang, Bandung - West Padalarang, East Padalarang, Batujajar - Selacau, Sindangkerta - Celak, Celak - Gununghalu; (4) Priority 4: Padalarang - Rajamandala, Padalarang - Cisomang, Selacau - Cililin, Cikalong Wetan - Cipeundeuy, Purabaya - Jati Batujajar, Rongga Cipari, Kb. Kalapa - Ps. Calung; (5) Priority 5: Sarinagen - Baranangsiang, Saguling - Baranangsiang, Padalarang - Sp. Cisarua; (6) Priority 6: Bandung - Lembang, Lembang, Cisarua - Lembang, Rc. Bali - Purabaya; and (7) Priority 7: Susan Bajuri. |
