Although vaccinations have a shorter lifespan and can drop the temperature to a greater degree (i.e., alternate temperature), Pfizer can reduce the temperature to -25 up to -15 C, even Instalasi Farmasi which only lasts two weeks. According to the Ministry of Health, the Provincial Pharmacy Installation does not have enough storage space for the Covid-19 Vaccine. This study examines and detects greater disruption to the performance of the Covid-19 Vaccine distribution by taking into account storage capacity features in Pharmacy Installations using a case study in Central Java Province. This study employs quantitative observation methodologies, with data gathered through interviews, observation, and documentary studies. The capacity of the storage device to determine how many vials of vaccine can be stored at temperatures (2 up to 8 C, -25 up to -15 C, and -90 up to -60 C), arrival records, and the number of vaccine shipments to determine the amount of vaccine that exceeds the capacity of the storage device were used in this study's data collection. Due to a lack of vaccine storage space in the case study Pharmacy Installation, the vaccine was forced to lower its storage temperature to an alternative vaccine temperature, and the vaccine was stored somewhere other than the Provincial Pharmacy Installation, such as the Provincial Hospital. The performance improvement from the disruption in the distribution of the Covid-19 Vaccine is examined by defining the objective function: reduce the number of vaccines that exceed storage capacity by limiting the total price and operational costs of the lowest storage device. Some of the variables being considered are accelerating the collection schedule, modifying the amount of vaccine taken, boosting storage capacity, and establishing a new Hub at the Provincial Pharmaceutical Installation. text
