With the increase in the price of Pertalite fuel, the expenditures of the Indonesian population also rise, leading to several issues. Individuals complain not only about the rising prices but also suspect that Pertalite is more fuel-consuming. Additionally, people compare Pertalite with Revvo89, which is considered to be more fuel-efficient. In this study, the fuel performance of three motorcycle models, namely Yamaha Vixion 150, Honda Vario 150, and Honda Legenda 100, was evaluated. The fuel was tested using road tests to determine fuel consumption and acceleration. Furthermore, emission tests were conducted to identify the fuel with the best emissions performance for each vehicle. From the analysis results, it is found that the fuel that matches the specifications yields better performance. Revvo89 is not entirely superior compared to the new Pertalite. Revvo89 only outperforms it in the Yamaha Vixion 150 vehicle, which has a higher compression ratio. Despite having the same RON as the old Pertalite, the new Pertalite exhibits better performance in terms of acceleration and fuel consumption. This is due to the higher reid vapor pressure of the old Pertalite, causing it to evaporate more easily. text
