In that system, processes needed to complete the order are carried out at workstations by workgroups with specific process capabilities. However, the capabilites of workstations and workgroup are not acknowledged in detail by the requestee so it will require more time and effort to determine the appropriate needs of the order quickly and correctly. This research aims to analyze the determination of workstations and workgroups for a request order to integrate information of the received order and the data of the available resources by implementing the digitalization of the takt production system through a web application to enhance efficiency of order request and production planning for the requestee and the factory management. The methodology employed in this study is based on Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), utilizing the Python programming language and Django as framework. Activity and class diagrams were used to show the problem-solving concept and to model the classes. The results of the study show that the determination of workstations and workgroups is influenced by several factors, such as product structure, order quantity, available time, material delivery, and disturbance. The study also successfully digitalized the takt production system in a web application. text |
