In the competitive landscape today for Non-profit Organization (NPO), transformation is necessary especially for Rumah Zakat was a maturity organization. Digital transformation is process of organization to improve radically their performance using technology. The output is from digital transformation is digital platform as new business model or core of digitalization business process. One way for an organization to built a new business model is using co-creation, its mean creating process value making with customer as main collaborator. The method: this research will overview a potential implementation of value co-creation in NPO digital platform and the impact to digital transformation process. The impact will be orchestrated with mechanism in digitally tranformed innovation process. This research using mixed method qualitative & quantitative from 5 key stakeholder in Rumah Zakat and 30 donors Rumah Zakat.The finding: transparancy is the key for NPO to recover current condition and it can implement in digital platform. Opening three processes of transparancy (distribution preparation distribution process report) and it can also show their area distribution. But the process must be orchestrating with internal stakeholder relate to digital adoption, leverage digital technologies, develop digital capabilities and manage boundaries. There are several recommendation plans that can implement in Digital Transformation Process Rumah Zakat for continuous improvement.
