This number will continue to increase every year and cause the resulting sanitary pad waste to increase. This study aims to determine the potential generation of sanitary pad waste generated by residents and female migrants aged 11-55 years in Bandung. Calculation of the amount of generation is done by distributing questionnaires to 400 residents of the city of Bandung and 68 migrants. This study also aims to determine the potential of sanitary pad waste management from environmental, community, and economy perspective, and also to provide recommendations for pads waste management system in Bandung. Based on the survey results, it is known that the average amount of pad waste generation in the city of Bandung is 290 pads/person/year. It is hoped that this number can be reduced by implementing this program. From an environmental point of view, this program can reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 204.8 tons of CO2 equivalent/month and reduce possible diseases such as hepatitis B and C. From a social perspective, the level of willingness of the people of Bandung City to participate and pay costs tends to be high. In addition, the ATP value for the people of Bandung City was also obtained in the range of Rp665 – Rp1.331 and the WTP value was Rp682.81, so the potential retribution received from the people of Bandung City was Rp555.746.569 per month. From an economic point of view, this program can increase the potential for inter-industry cooperation regarding the purchase and sale of processed products to form a circular economy. The selected recommendations in the management of disposable sanitary pads in Bandung are the processing of disposable sanitary pads into other products, such as pokbrick, reinforcement fiber, and Refused Fuel and Paper (RPF). text
