Description
Summary:PT Etana Biotechnologies Indonesia is a private company in Indonesia engaged in the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently, PT Etana Biotechnologies Indonesia is a newcomer in the biopharma industry. Therefore, sales performance over time is very important to be able to stay competitive. However, currently PT Etana Biotechnologies Indonesia's sales performance is not good because it is still experiencing sales losses. According to the head of the sales and marketing division, one reason is the expansion of stock. This is because they have not been able to make the most of the data they have. Therefore, a solution to improve sales performance will be designed with data visualization media in the form of stock monitoring. This dashboard was created to support the decision-making process and improve the quality of the strategic decisions of the sales and marketing division. The dashboard design process for PT Etana Biotechnologies Indonesia was carried out using the Eva methodology. The Eva methodology is a method developed from several dashboard development methodologies. This methodology was chosen among other methodologies because it uses a mixed approach, namely top-down and bottom-up. Thus, the dashboard design process considers company KPIs and user needs as the basis for creating dashboards. The end result of this method is a dashboard prototype. Based on the results of research conducted at PT Etana Biotechnologies Indonesia, 16 suggested KPIs were used to create dashboards. All of these KPIs are derived from the 5 KRAs. Of the 16 KPIs, 7 dashboard prototype pages were generated. And from the results of reviews by users, the dashboard is equipped with a filtering feature added to the visualization. The dashboard prototype that was made got a total score of SUS 70 and was interpreted as feasible to use.
