The presence of phosphamidon and fenitrothion insecticides Brassica oleracea var. capitata L. and Crocidolomia binotalis Zeller after spraying.

The study has examined the chemical contents of the residue of phosphamidon and fenitrothion insecticides 'sprayed on two kinds of cabbage, namely Brassica oleracea var. capitata L. and Crocidolomia binotalis Zeller. Spraying of two insecticides is done once, using a single dose. The chemical a...

Spraying of two insecticides is done once, using a single dose. The chemical analysis of the residue was carried out one hour after treatment, and subsequently on the 1st, 3rd, 6th, 9th, 12th and 15th day, using the HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography). The research finding, based on the t-Test (p = 0,05), is as follows: the t-value is smaller than the t-table value between phosphamidon and phosphamidon ; between phosphamidon and fenitrothion and between phosphamidon and fenitrothion. As so the result indicates thet the chemical contents of the residue of the two insecticides used differs insignificantly. The degradation of the phosphamidon is faster than that of the phosphamidon and fenitrothion. text
