The painting and blasting industry in Indonesia has always been associated with the maritime industry. But more broadly than that, almost all objects made of iron will definitely intersect with painting and blasting. PT. XYZ is a company engaged in this industry by providing painting and blasting application services. Given the level of this company which can still be considered a small-scale family company, plus the COVID-19 pandemic that has hit the past few years, it has reduced the income that PT. XYZ. Besides that, the development of PT. XYZ is also low year over year. This research aims to increase the revenue earned by PT. XYZ so that the right solution will be found to solve this problem. The method used in this research is qualitative. The data used are primary data and secondary data. In this study, an analysis of the internal and external environment was carried out so that the industrial and business conditions of the company could be identified. Analysis of the external environment using PESTEL analysis and Porter's 5 strength model analysis to determine external factors that might affect the business conditions of PT. XYZ. Internal environmental analysis uses the Business Model Canvas, VRIO Analysis, and Value Chain Analysis to determine the company's internal conditions regarding business models, competitive values, and business processes of PT. XYZ. The company's business conditions plus the results of the interviews are then used to analyze what factors lead to the emergence of these problems through the Current Reality Tree analysis method. Then came the solution. Based on the analysis, there are several alternative solutions to the problems faced by PT. XYZ. The low income experienced by PT. XYZ is due to a lack of marketing activities to market and find their potential buyers. After the several alternatives have been analyzed and weighed using the factor rating method, two solutions are obtained for the two problems that will be followed up. The two solutions provided are creating a website and using freelance marketing services with a system of sharing a percentage of the project value as a fee for these services.
