Summary:PT Imani Prima is a company providing IT (Information Technology) services ad consultancy since 2006. On of PT Imani Prima’s product is PrimaSaver, an energi management platform designed to read electricity consumption trends on an integrated IoT (Internet of Things) network. The dashboard plays a crucial role in monitoring electricity consumption by displaying data patterns visually, enabling users to analyze energy consumption,by displaying data patterns visually, enabling users to analyze energy consumption levels easier and quicker. However, the company’s current dashboard consists of real-time data presented in tabular form, lacking visual representation. Visualization is a crucial aspect of a dashboard as it facilitates data comprehension and expedites decision-making. Therefore, this research aims to design a prototype dashboard with data visualization that meets user’s information needs and can be easily interpreted. Additionally, the dashboard design adheres to the characteristics of an ideal dashboard referred to as S-M-A-R-T and I-M-P-A-C-T. The software development methodology used in this research is prototyping, detailed with development steps provided by the vendor PureShare. This methodology includes: (1) Formulating initial dashboard design requirements, (2) Formulating design requirements for the dashboard, (3) Creating the dashboard prototype, (4) Evaluating the dashboard prototypye, and (5) Making necessary improvements to the prototype based on user feedbacks The result of this research is a dashboard prototype developed using Grafana software. The prototype is then verified and validated with users through user testing to ensure that the design aligns with the initial objectives and user needs. In the final stage, managerial implications are provided to assist the company in implementing the proposed system.
