Four ERT survey lines, each approximately 440 meters in length with electrode spacing of around 10 meters, were conducted. The survey configurations employed included the Wenner-Schlumberger and Dipole-Dipole methods. The findings of this study revealed that the subsurface lithology consists of high-resistivity soil (>33.2 ?m) with a thickness of up to 40 meters. Wet clay layers exhibited low resistivity (<5 ?m), while weathered clay showed moderate resistivity values (5-33 ?m). The results from the ERT geophysical investigation, in conjunction with geotechnical data, can be utilized to determine the optimal location for the high-speed train tunnel between Jakarta to Bandung. The recommended tunnel location lies within the clay and mudstone layers, characterized by moderate to high resistivity values.
