Through qualitative research involving semi-structured interviews with four such firms, data analysis combines deductive coding from previous research and inductive coding. The findings highlight the types of CSR activities undertaken by these fashion firms in developing nations, their alignment with CE principles, and the theoretical associations between CE and CSR elements. Additionally, a community-based CSR approach is uncovered, aiming to introduce CE principles within its membership. This research provides valuable insights for small to medium-sized enterprises seeking to integrate CE practices through aligning CSR initiatives. Notably, this paper contributes as the first to theoretically connect CE and CSR within the context of developing countries and the fashion industry. text
