Summary:In running a company, a strategy is needed to prevent and deal with problems and opportunities that exist around the company. In this research, PT Buana Graha Motor, which is a car workshop, will be examined why its income continues to decline. The corporate strategy is the focus of this research, it is hoped that the formulation of the corporate strategy for PT Buana Graha Motor will increase the company's revenue. This research is based on David's comprehensive strategic management model which starts from knowing the type of strategy, identifying internal factors with BMC to obtain the IFE matrix and obtaining IFE weighted values, identifying external factors with Porter's five forces and PESTEL analysis to obtain EFE matrix and EFE weighted values. After obtaining the IFE and EFE values, it is continued with the matching stage using the SWOT matrix and IE matrix. The IFE and EFE values that have been obtained will then be input into the IE matrix to obtain a proposed strategy. The SWOT from the next stage will be used as a SWOT matrix to create strategies that are in accordance with the company's SWOT. Finally, at the decision stage, these strategies will be aggregated and calculated for each priority using the QSPM or Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix. Finally, after obtaining priorities from QSPM, an action plan will be made related to the implementation time of the proposed action from the selected corporate strategy. After processing the data, four corporate strategies were obtained consisting of fourteen action proposals which were the company's priorities. The four corporate strategies that are the company's priorities starting from the most prioritized are market penetration, product or service development, market development, and horizontal business integration.
