Knowledge of board of management about organization climate as internal environment of a company is very important, because it can be used as a based in created good condition for company productivity. <br />
<br />
In this research, organization climate will see as a collective perception from all persons member of organization to internal condition. The research about organization climate is based on dimensions of organization climate as develop by Litwin (1969) and identification process do by analysis factor. <br />
<br />
From the analysis result had dominant factors that influence on organization climate, as actual climate or ideal climate_ In further analysis, the resulting of research shows that a differences between actual organization climate and ideal organization climate. <br />
<br />
Which is the analysis result shows that condition of actual organization climate feels less with employees hope. <br />
