Most of the greenhouse gas emissions from oil and gas are emitted when they are burned to generate electricity, generate heat, or transport electricity. One of the aim of this study is to determine the perception of oil and gas sector workers in Indonesia in supporting the implementation of renewable energy. Employee perceptions of the implementation of renewable energy in the oil and gas sector were carried out using questionnaires to professional respondents in oil and gas companies. Various survey questions are asked with a focus on technical data and requests for input on possible changes then summarize the information accurately. The analysis was conducted based on more than 100 respondents with specific questions about workers' perceptions to support the implementation of renewable energy in Indonesia's oil and gas sector.Berdasarkan analisis, The majority of oil and gas companies in Indonesia primarily rely on fuel to operate their equipment, serving various purposes such as utility systems and core operations. A successful transition from fossil to renewable energy requires internal support within the company, making renewable energy adoption a key driver of success. Every employee's perception of the integration of renewable energy in the oil and gas industry can be influenced by various important factors. Effective programs that can shift a company's focus to supporting renewable energy include three main incentive categories: policy-based incentives, market-based incentives and energy-efficient finance. text
