The hair sample analyzed was differentiated based on age, sex and dwelling environment. Advantages by using a hair sample as a biopsy material enabled the obtainment of valuable informations on poisoning and diagnostics on illness. From the destruction method being executed, it was apparent that destruction with concentrated =03 produced better results compared to concentrated HCl, acuaregia and to the method of dry destruction. The content of Fe, Zn and Kg obtained, were variable and did not show the existence of a correlation between age, sex and dwelling environment From the experimental results it was evident that the content of metal element within the hair of men was 3,45.107)- 12,32.10% for the Fe element, 10,30.10(-3)- 29,47 -10(-3)% for that Zn and fo mg it was 3,67.10(-3) - .4,79.10(-3),a . The content of metal elements within the hair of women. was 1,60-10(-3) 12,88.10(-3)% for the Fe element, it was 14,15.10(-3)- 25,49 .10(-3)% for the Zn element and 5,61.10(-3)- 13,18.10(-3)% for that of Mg. Statistical experiments indicated that the atomicabsorption spectrophotometric method was sufficiently ac-curate for the determination of the metal elemental con-tent within hair by indicating percentage values KV =1,46- 5,45% with a 7 = 0r045 absorbent/ppm for the Fe element, for that of Zn it was 0,66 - 0,88% with a value for 0,177 absorbent/ppm and 1,10 - 2,89% with a value of 2 0,525 absorbent/ppm for Mg. <br /> text
