According to Databoks Katadata, the value of e-commerce transactions in Indonesia is estimated to reach $137.5 billion in 2025, making it the largest value in the Asia Pacific region. The emergence of various e-commerce platforms has also contributed to this transformation. From the seller's perspective, achieving optimal sales potential involves operating on various e-commerce platforms due to varying user preferences. Although e-commerce management may seem straightforward initially, it becomes increasingly complex when dealing with numerous products and transactions. To address these challenges, the proposed solution is a web-based e-commerce enabler application that acts as a multichannel platform for various e-commerce platforms. The development of this application within the scope of this final project will primarily focus on the backend and its integration process with e-commerce. Data integration is a key step in creating an intermediary scheme that connects the e-commerce enabler application and e-commerce platforms, supporting features related to product management, inventory, and orders. PT Paragon Technology and Innovation will be a partner in this project, with the application produced in this final project serving as an initial phase for further development by the Paragon team beyond the scope of this final project. This solution has the potential to address the increasingly complex challenges of e-commerce management and promote enhanced ease of business interactions in the digital era. text |
