Description
Summary:In this final project, a modeling of the structure of a four-legged fixed jacket-type offshore platform is carried out in the waters of the Java Sea. The design of the offshore platform structure follows the API RP 2A WSD standard code. In designing the offshore platform, an analysis of the structural capacity under the loading conditions that occur in the field is necessary. This analysis includes in-service analysis (in-place, seismic, and fatigue). After the in-service analysis, the fabricated platform deck on land will be transported to a site location using a barge. During transportation, the structure needs to modelling the seafastening. Seafastening is applied to secure the structure on the barge during transportation to the installation location. Seafastening analysis is conducted to determine feasible transportation scenarios based on the GL Noble
