Summary: | Bali Island, as one of the world's famous tourist destinations, has a high demand for adequate accessibility and maritime connectivity. The construction of Sanur Port in Bali has become an important initiative to meet these needs. This research aims to create a priotective structure to safeguard Sanur Port in Bali from the ocean wave currents. The research method involves the analysis of secondary data and literature studies.
In the completion of this final project, an analysis of environmental data will be conducted to meet the requirements for alternative breakwater layout analysis at Sanur Port, Bali. Three breakwater layout options will be modeled, and one layout will be selected with wave design criteria less than 0.2, following the OCDI standards for maximum floating dock waves. The chosen layout will then be optimized through wave and sediment modeling using MIKEZero software. An analysis of alternative breakwater armor materials will be conducted, and calculations will be made for three armor material options, selecting the one with the highest efficiency.
The final results of this final project will include a sketch of the layout and alternative armor design for the Sanur Port breakwater in Bali, based on environmental data modeling carried out using MIKEZero software. |
