Summary: | In the course of a project, project managers often face challenges, one of which is
the difficulty in determining accurate time estimates and job allocations. This
research aims to address this issue by developing a project management tool that
focuses on automated time estimation and job allocation. The tool is built based
on expert knowledge obtained through interviews with experts. Time estimation
and job allocation handled by this tool are limited to tasks related to the
implementation of the Android application frontend. Expert knowledge gathered
relates to information about the interconnection of tasks and the time required for
implementing each component of the Android application. The topological sort
algorithm approach is used to construct a network diagram to help solve this
problem. At the end of the development phase, the constructed project
management tool has successfully assisted in determining time estimates and job
allocations, particularly for tasks related to the development of the Android
application frontend. |
