In this project, the behavior of several functions obtained by performing algebraic operations on trigonometric functions will be investigated, including the number of points of intersection of the graph with the X-axis and stationary points, both those that are on the X-axis and those that are not on the X-axis, and amplitude. The concept of derivative of functions is also used to get those results. Several applications of trigonometric functions are given as motivation for students to learn trigonometric functions especially and mathematics in general.
