For this reason, new fields are needed to be opened. So that, in this final project, to support the improvement of natural gas production achievements in Indonesia, the design and analysis of subsea pipelines will be carried out. In this project, a subsea pipeline structure design is carried out by determining the thickness of the steel wall by referring to DNVGL-ST-F101 under installation, hydrotest, and operation conditions. Determination of pipe wall thickness is adjusted to the availability of pipes based on API 5L Specification for Linepipe. Then, the analysis is continued by determining the concrete wall thickness using an on-bottom stability analysis that refers to DNVGL-RP-F109. After that, the analysis continued with a dynamic installation analysis and followed with a free span analysis of the subsea pipeline by referring to DNVGL-RP-F105. The last analysis is cathodic protection with the sacrificial anode method on the subsea pipeline structure to prevent corrosion of the pipe material referring to DNVGL-RP-F103. text |
