Summary: | Cikarang Food Park aims to support the food processing industry by providing a centralized industrial facility integrated with commercial and recreational amenities as a unified food hub. Located on Tekno Boulevard Road, Jababeka City, North Cikarang, Bekasi Regency, Cikarang Food Park necessitates plumbing system planning to maintain building sanitation. This plumbing system comprises clean water plumbing, wastewater plumbing, venting, rainwater, fire suppression, and waste management. The planning process relies on secondary data obtained from architects and other literature sources. Water supply consists of a clean water plumbing system sourced from the Jababeka Water Treatment Plant (WTP) at a rate of 544.12 m3/day and a recycled water plumbing system originating from the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) at a rate of 171.42 m3/day. Recycled water will be utilized for flushing toilets, urinals, gardens, lawns, and ponds. Greywater generation is estimated at 451.84 m3/day and will be directed to the STP. Blackwater generation is estimated at 138.4 m3/day and will be routed to the WWTP Jababeka. Meanwhile, 24.3 m3/day of yellowwater will be partially stored in a urine tank for use as liquid fertilizer. The fire suppression system utilizes sprinklers and hydrants. Some rainwater will be treated via rainwater harvesting, and the rest will be discharged into water bodies. Waste management involves sorting waste by material type, including organic, inorganic, and residue. In the industrial building, there is a waste chute to transport waste from industrial units to the waste collection points. The estimated Budgetary Cost (RAB) required to construct the plumbing system for Cikarang Food Park in Bekasi Regency is approximately IDR 5,666,190,000.00. Furthermore, the annual maintenance cost is estimated to be IDR 680,888,221.47. |
