INSTITUT TEKNOLOGI BANDUNG https://digilib.itb.ac.id/gdl/view/78304 The rapid growth of the digital business has driven companies undergoing digital transformation to improve the efficiency of their product development. The increasing demand to create applications to support this digital transformation does not align with the availability of IT developers. This has led to the appearance of low-code no-code (LCNC) development platforms. LCNC development platforms are application development platforms with minimal or no coding required, significantly accelerating application development. However, current LCNC development platforms suffer from interaction design issues such as lack of intuitiveness, making them hard to use and learn. Using the User- Centered Design (UCD) method, this thesis aims to develop an intuitive LCNC development platform. Analysis reveals that to create an intuitive LCNC development platform, it must have usability goals of being effective to use and easy to learn, along with user experience goals emphasizing helpfulness. An intuitive LCNC development platform should also exhibit shorter task completion times compared to other LCNC development platforms. Following the evaluation of the final LCNC development platform in this thesis, the System Usability Scale (SUS), Single Ease Question (SEQ), and Intrinsic Motivation Inventory (IMI) were used as assessment to measure the achievement of usability and user experience goals, and they yielded satisfactory results. Task completion times with the LCNC development platform in this thesis were also shorter due to the addition of a walkthrough feature, outperforming benchmark LCNC development platforms such as Glide, Bubble, and Qore. In conclusion, the LCNC development platform in this thesis embodies intuitiveness. text
