Summary: | The current administrative services are one of the aspects evaluated to determine the
accreditation of a university. However, the academic administrative services at STEI ITB
are currently not optimal and efficient in data recording, resulting in data quality issues
in several dimensions. To address the data quality problems, the use of robotic process
automation (RPA) will be proposed. However, there are many academic administrative
services at STEI ITB, and it's not feasible to implement RPA for all of them due to the
high cost involved. Therefore, it is crucial to select suitable services for RPA
implementation. Thus, the focus of this final project will be to generate recommendations
for academic administrative services at STEI ITB that are suitable for RPA
implementation using both quantitative and qualitative methods. The frameworks used
include the RPA suitability framework (the primary framework) and the PLOST
framework, along with additional methods such as standard deviation and mean
threshold. The use of two frameworks and the inclusion of additional methods are done
because there are some shortcomings in the primary framework, such as the lack of RPA
expertise within academic STEI ITB, which is required for the primary framework. The
recommendation after analyzing using these frameworks and methods is the services of
certificate issuance and student achievement tracking. |
