Description
Summary:Crowdsourcing is an online distributed problem-solving paradigm, in which an individual, company, or organization publishes defined task(s) to the dynamic crowd through a flexible open call to leverage human intelligence, knowledge, skill, work and experience. Through crowdsourcing, requesters will be able to complete a task at a lower cost and in less time. Meanwhile, for workers, crowdsourcing can serve as a source of income. However, there are currently no crowdsourcing platforms in Indonesia that focuses on micro tasks, and there are limitations for the Indonesian wishing to use crowdsourcing platforms from abroad. The goal of this Final Project is to build a crowdsourcing platform that focuses on micro tasks and is user-friendly through mobile devices. The crowdsourcing platform developed is in the form of a responsive web application. It consists of two main components. The frontend as the user interface and the backend, which implements various business logic and has dependencies on other supporting components. Based on the conducted tests, the built crowdsourcing platform successfully meets the defined functional requirements. Non-functional requirements related to internationalization and usability have also been fulfilled.
