Description
Summary:Co-housing for the Millennial Generation is a residential complex that combines several aspects and facilities in one place. In addition to residential units, in this Co-Housing for Millennial Generation there are various facilities that are currently important for some people, especially for millennial generation workers. Several facilities such as sports fields, auditoriums, retail, and parks are available in this residential complex. Built on an area of 1.2 hectares, it consists of four main towers as residential units that also have 12 floors in them. Co-Housing for the Millennial Generation is located on Jalan Pahlawan Seribu, Lengkong Gudang, Serpong District, South Tangerang City. To provide the sanitation needs of this residential complex, the design of the plumbing system is carried out to provide comfort for residents and visitors to this building. The design of the plumbing system starts from the provision of clean water, wastewater, vent, and rainwater to the fire fighting system. The design is based on secondary data from several pieces of literature and sources, such as building designer architects, design standard documents, and other design literature. The clean water system uses water from PDAM sourced from PDAM Tirta Kerta Raharja with the total demand of the four towers being 843.7 m³/day which produces blackwater wastewater generation of 209.24 m³/day and greywater generation of 465.72 m³/day which will then be processed for toilet flushing needs. The ven system uses a circuit ven system that serves several plumbing devices simultaneously. The rainwater system captures water away from the roof of the building and some other captures and then accommodates building maintenance activities. The fire extinguishing system uses automatic sprinkler systems, hydrants, and light fire extinguishers (APAR).
