Description
Summary:The Creative Center Bintaro Jaya is designed with the purpose of empowering creative economic ventures and enhancing public appreciation for creative fields in South Tangerang City. The building's structure is composed of reinforced concrete and consists of four floors with two basement levels. The structure was planned to withstand earthquakes, utilizing a dual-system structural design with specially reinforced shear walls. The design was carried out following the guidelines of SNI 1726:2019 for seismic-resistant structures, SNI 1727:2020 for structural loading, SNI 2847:2019 for analysis of structural reinforcement elements, and SNI 1729:2020 for steel roof frame structures. The structural analysis employed a twostage procedure, involving separate modeling of the lower and upper structures, considering both vertical and horizontal irregularities present in the structure. The dimension and reinforcement of elements used were adjusted according to the internal forces acting on these structural elements, encompassing concrete columns, beams, slabs, shear walls, and the steel structure of the auditorium roof framework. Structural details, including reinforcement and dimensional specifications of these elements, are illustrated through structural drawings referred to as Detailed Engineering Drawings.
