This is due to population growth, which continues to increase, and the lack of waste reduction in Indonesian society. Therefore, the Government of the Republic of Indonesia drafted Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 93 of 2017 concerning National Policy and Strategy (Jakstranas). This Jakstranas was then mandated to the leaders of each region in a way similar to making Bandung Mayor Regulation Number 1426 of 2018 concerning Regional Policies and Strategies (Jakstrada). From Jakstranas and Jakstrada, there is a target for waste management in 2023 to reach 100%. Based on the existing conditions of the Nyengseret Temporary Shelter (TPS), in the first quarter of 2023, it will only be able to manage 18.11% of waste from its service area. In addition, there is still no waste processing at TPS Nyengseret, so TPS is often overloaded. Therefore, TPS Nyengseret needs to be redesigned to become the Nyengseret Integrated Waste Treatment Site (TPST) so that it can process 85% of the waste that enters TPS Nyengseret. The waste treatment system planned for TPST Nyengseret is waste reduction using BSF larvae, windrow composting, and in-vessel composting. The planned waste processing system based on the alternative Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) selection method is reduction using BSF larvae, windrow composting, and in-vessel composting. The funding required for the construction of the TPST is IDR 17,638,290,000, with annual operational costs of IDR 26,984,414,000. The BCR value of this project is 0.67–6.68, and the NPV value is IDR. -39,098,367,404 – 1,196,751,168,583 from bad to best projection. text
