The increasing need for urban transportation makes various modes of public transportation presented to meet these needs. Various cities around the world develop modes of transportation that are considered the most effective to meet the needs of their respective regions. The Central Java Provincial Government is trying to answer the needs of inter-urban transportation in its territory through the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) transportation service system named Trans Jateng . The service began to be developed in 2017 and serves inter-urban movements in several cities in Central Java. One of the areas served by Trans Jateng is Banyumas Regency and Purbalingga Regency. The operationalization of Trans Jateng services in the region has served various community needs, one of which is to go to school for students in Purbalingga Regency. To maintain the quality of service to each user, the Central Java Provincial Government compiles Minimum Service Standards that must be met. This study aims to identify the performance of Trans Jateng Purbalingga-Purwokerto corridor in serving the transportation needs of students in Purbalingga Regency. The performance measured in this study relates to the effectiveness and efficiency of Trans Jateng services in the region. The data needed in this study were obtained through direct observation and distribution of questionnaires for students in Purbalingga Regency. Performance analysis and descriptive analysis methods are used in this study. The results obtained from this study show that the effectiveness of Trans Jateng Purbalingga-Purwokerto Corridor is still not optimal to serve the transportation needs of students in Purbalingga Regency. Meanwhile, the efficiency of Trans Jateng Purbalingga-Purwokerto Corridor has been optimal to serve the transportation needs of students in Purbalingga Regency. Meanwhile, the level of service satisfaction of the Trans Jateng Purbalingga-Purwokerto Corridor is in the category of being quite satisfied with the services provided. Based on the findings obtained, the effectiveness of the performance of the Trans Jateng Purbalingga-Purwokerto Corridor needs to be improved to produce a more optimal performance to serve the transportation needs of students in Purbalingga Regency
