PT XYZ is the national shipping company that handles sea transportation in Indonesia. The history of the PT XYZ begins with the issuance of Surat Keputusan Bersama (SKB) between the Ministry of Transportation and Ministry of Public Works on September 5, 1950 it founded the Penguasaan Pusat Kapal-Kapal (Pepuska). Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence (MBCfPE) 2015 implemented in PT XYZ is intended to improve company performance and accelerate the achievement of the company's vision and mission. The purpose of this final project is to determine the performance classification of PT XYZ and determine the new target performance classification and prepare recommendations to help PT XYZ achieve its company performance classification targets. Determination of classification is done by determining the scores that have been achieved based on 7 criteria category Malcolm Baldrige for Performance Excellence (MBfPE). The score achieved is 468.33 from a maximum of 1000 which means the classification of the company's performance is still the Early Improvement stage. The new performance classification target for PT XYZ is Good Performance. To achieve the new performance classification Good Performance PT XYZ requires an additional score of 6.67.
