Summary:Vitamin C known as anti-aging by antioksidant and precursor of collagen syntethis. Vitamin C is unstable moleculs so that natrium ascorbyl phosfat is developed because more stable than vitamin C. Natrium Ascorbyl Phosphat is hydrophilic moleculs that have limition to penetrate stratum corneum as barrier at human skin. To improve the penetration of Natrium Ascorbyl Phosphat needs a delivery system, vesicles drugs delivery system. Niostme vesicles drugs delivery, consists of noninic surfactant and cholesterol. Niosome is a rigid vesicle and lack of penetration through stratum corneum, to improve it elastic niosome has been develoved by adding alcohol. The elastic niosome can increase the penetration through stratum corneum and deliver natrium ascorbyl phosphat as hydrophilic moleculs. Niosome was made by using thin layer hydration method. Elastic niosome was prepared by optimizing prosess includes rate of rotavapor, hydration and sonication, optimazing consentration of cholesterol and ethanol. Then it measured the particles size and efficiency of encapsulation. NAF and elastic niosome NAF dispersion were formulated into gel using viscolam base gel. The diffusion test of both gel was determined in vitro flow through method. The research showed that elastic niosome NAF was made in 60 rpm of rotavapor, 15 minutes for hydration in 210 rpm and 2 minutes for sonication. Elastic Niosome NAF was formulated by span 40 100 pmol, cholesterol 20 gmol and ethanol 10 %. The efficiency of encapsulation is 93,18 and particles size 183,5±3,2 nm. The diffusion test showed that elastic niosom gel NAF can increase the penetration of NAF in stratum corneum than gel NAF. Elastic niosom gel NAF difussion is 81,32%±17,08 and gel NAF
