STUDY ON THE BENEFIT AT PT ANEKA TAMBANG POMALAA TOWARD REGIONAL KOLAKA REGENCY SOUTHEAST SULAWESI PROVINCE

One which of a company do it nickel exploitation in Pomalaa area county of Kolaka is a PT ANTAM, Tbk. With acreage area is 8.314 hectare and site around 30 km beside of south Kolaka city. The production rate which started at 1994 until end to 2006 is 1.025.120 wmt for saprolite nickel (high grade), and for limonite (low grade) is 2.480.979 and for ferronickel is 9.355 ton. From the beneficial point of view Kolaka Regency or Southeast of Sulawesi Province, Propoced nickel mine will give a lot of advantages, such as ; regional income, improvement of job vacancy, improvment of community income, and development of regional and sosicty. This tesis to examine about study on the benefit before otonom region era and benefite at otonom region era. The PDRB before otonom region era (1994-2000), is Rp 7.136.137.940.000,00 for Kolaka Regency, and Rp 22.528.352.500.000,00 for Southeast of Sulawesi Province. The PDRB since otonom regional era (2001-2006), as big as Rp 22.391.309.930.000,00 for a Kolaka Regency, and Rp 60.602.505.520.000,00 for southeast of Sulawesi Provincy. The benefite contribution mining working by PT ANTAM Pomalaa for the region wil be started since before otonom region era (1994-2000) is the amount of Rp 212.753.311.810,00 for the Kolaka regency, and Rp 106.812.454.352,00 for the Southeast Sulawesi Province. It so happens since a otonom region era (2001-2006) is Rp 382.740.968.318,00 for a Kolaka Regency, and Rp 193.608.301.030,00 for Southeast Sulawesi Provinci. The total benefite contribution mining working by PT ANTAM Pomalaa can be see from the rate value Location quetions (LQ) is the amount of 6,61 since 1994-2000 era, and 5,52 for 2001-2006 era.
